[46] Kashima-Daiichi hatsu-maru-ni
A refined, soft sweetness Immersed in the lingering aftertaste of a rich flavor
Located at the eastern end of the Kashima fishing grounds, the first fishing area is where the mineral-rich waters of the Shiota River and the Ariake Sea mix. This year too, the seaweed has grown to have a rich umami flavor. True to its 'Maru' grade, the seaweed melts pleasantly in the mouth, its deliciousness and aroma intensifying, an appealing feature. The lingering scent is comfortably refreshing, almost like breathing in the Ariake Sea itself.

[Egg on Rice] The sweet, thick texture is perfect for egg on rice. Also great with salty sea urchin or salmon roe.
[Pecorino Cheese] The saltiness and aroma of the cheese match well with the sweetness and fragrance of the seaweed.
