Kashima Daisan ajisui-jo-ni

We are proud to say that this is one of the best nori we have ever handled. This “Kashima Daisan ajisui-jyou-ni” has the “ajisui” grade, which means that it has to pass a strict screening process that requires only one piece to be harvested every year. The quality of the seaweed is perfect in every way, including its crispness, soft texture, aroma, umami, and beautiful appearance.

Higashiyokamachi ajisui-jo-ichi

The "Ajitui" grade, which is awarded only to laver that has passed a strict examination for its beautiful color and taste, confirms the deliciousness of the laver.

Even just one bite of this laver is an impressive experience, as the more you chew, the more the concentrated umami gently melts and oozes out.

Ouda kon-ichi

"Ouda kon-ichi" was harvested at a fishing ground at the mouth of the Midori River that runs through central Kumamoto Prefecture. Delicious water from Kumamoto prefecture and the fast-flowing basin of the Ariake Sea made this seaweed pleasantly chewy.


An exquisite balance of the bitterness and gentle meltiness is achieved by a mixture of "Ao-nori".
