[62] Ryokai maru-ichi-ichi (10sheets)
Ryokai maru-ichi-ichi
Its thick texture leaves a sweet aftertaste,ike a tsukudani
A perfect seaweed for breakfast
The Ryokai fishing grounds in Fukuoka Prefecture stretch out at the mouth of the Chikugo River, known as the “Mother River” of the Ariake Sea.
This nori offers a rich, sweet umami that is unique to the Ryokai region.
Though it’s a crisp Maru grade, it has a subtle thickness that gently lingers on the tongue—a melt-in-your-mouth texture reminiscent of tsukudani. As it softens in your mouth, the flavor deepens with every bite.
<Recommended pairings>
